Terms of Service
The rules under which you use this Site, the rights we keep, and the rights we extend to readers. Plain English where possible; the exact legal effect is below.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using The Agentic Review (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. The Site is operated by Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd ("Lumenwhite"), a Singapore-registered private limited company. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. The publication's content
All editorial content on the Site — articles, ASCII diagrams, illustrations, comparative tables, the standards tracker, and the publication's house style — is the copyrighted work of Lumenwhite, except where attributed to a third party. We license that content to readers as described below.
3. What you may do
- Read the Site, including via screen readers, accessibility tools, and offline reader applications.
- Link to any page, including via aggregators and link-sharing applications. We do not require notice or permission to be linked.
- Quote up to ~200 words of any article in your own writing with attribution and a hyperlink back to the source. Longer quotation requires written permission.
- Reproduce our brand assets in editorial contexts (news coverage, academic citation, conference programs) consistent with our use-of-brand policy.
- Index our content for search and citation in good-faith search engines, academic indexes, and citation managers.
4. What you may not do
- Bulk-republish full articles without written permission. Permission is granted routinely for non-commercial archives, university course readers, and translation projects; commercial republication is rare.
- Use the publication's name or marks to imply endorsement of a product, service, sponsorship, or paid placement. We do not endorse products.
- Strip authorship, datelines, or correction notes from reproduced material.
- Use automated scraping to bulk-ingest our archive for AI model training, finetuning, or proprietary dataset construction. Reading our public pages for the purpose of generating summaries, on-the-fly citations, or interactive search is permitted; bulk ingestion is not, until we update this position.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to bypass rate limits, or otherwise impair the experience of other readers.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our dispatch, you authorize us to send you the dispatch and operational messages about the dispatch (subscription confirmation, unsubscribe confirmation, material changes to this Terms or to the Privacy Policy). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue or by emailing privacy at agentic dot review.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We make best efforts to be accurate and we run a correction process described in our editorial guidelines. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. Editorial views expressed in articles are those of the named bylines and do not necessarily reflect the views of Lumenwhite or Web4Guru.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumenwhite, its officers, contractors, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the content on it, or any reliance you place on that content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability. Where a jurisdiction does not allow these limitations, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by that jurisdiction.
8. Third-party links
Editorial articles on the Site link to third-party resources (vendor code, working group documents, academic papers, founder profiles). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party resources. Our linking to a resource does not constitute endorsement of it.
9. Coverage of our parent company's products
The Site is operated by a subsidiary of Web4Guru. Our editorial coverage of Web4Guru-affiliated products (Web4OS, Black Box AI, ROGA-related material) is permitted under our independence policy and disclosed on the About page, on the editorial guidelines, and on every page footer. Coverage of these products is held to the same standards as coverage of any other product.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version's revision date appears at the foot of this page. Material changes are dated and logged at /corrections/. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the operation of the Site.
