Corrections & Updates
Where corrections, clarifications, and updates to published material are recorded. The corrections process itself is documented in our editorial guidelines.
How to request a correction
Email corrections at agentic dot review with (1) the article URL, (2) the passage you believe is incorrect, (3) the proposed fix, and (4) a supporting source. We respond to legitimate correction requests within five working days. Substantive corrections live as dated notes at the top of the affected article and are listed here.
Types of update we record
- Substantive correction — the article said something incorrect in a way that affects reader understanding.
- Clarification — the article said something correct but ambiguously.
- Update — facts that were correct at publication time have changed since.
Typo and formatting fixes are silent; we do not log them here.

Corrections page launched
This page exists from the start of publication so readers can find the corrections process before they need it. The first time we issue a substantive correction on a specific article, it will be logged here with the article URL, the passage that was corrected, the corrected wording, and the date.
