Standing disclosures
No contributor currently holds equity, advisory positions, or active consulting engagements with any of the vendors covered by ongoing Review beats. Where a contributor has held a prior role at a vendor more than twelve months before publication, the prior role is disclosed at the foot of the relevant article and logged here.
Per-article disclosures
Article-level disclosures appear at the foot of the relevant piece. The Review's standing rule is that any non-disqualifying relationship between a contributor and a covered vendor — a past employer's pilot use of a product, a friendship with the maintainers, a brief beta-tester role — is disclosed in a one-line note at the bottom of the article.
Where a disqualifying relationship exists — current equity, current advisory role, consulting engagement active in the prior twelve months — the contributor recuses from the piece. No such recusal has been logged in the current archive.
Funding and sponsorship
The Review does not currently run sponsorship, advertising, or sponsored editorial. Funding sources, if added, will be disclosed here and at /about/ before any sponsored content appears.
AI use in the newsroom
The publication's policy on AI use is documented in the editorial guidelines. Where an AI tool has materially shaped a piece's research, the article carries a methodology note at its foot.
